You were originally a particularly kind person, with no quarrel with the world, but there are villains who come to your side and bring you many disasters and troubles. This is the suffering of red dust.
You are not a person who likes to cause trouble, but someone will target you, even bully you, and let you get involved in the whirlpool of fighting. This is the fate you can't escape.
If you don't annoy people, others will mess with you. If you don't cause trouble, trouble will still come to you. Because the red dust world is a "complicated" world, no one can stay out of it.
As the saying goes, "Who suffers from hell when it comes to doing everything?" Mo Xiao's cause and effect are not seen, far away from the children and grandchildren. ”
The moment you are born, your destiny spreads out like a huge picture. What you will experience, who you will meet, what you will encounter, will eventually be written in this picture.
Only after experiencing half a lifetime, people will be able to see through it thoroughly and suffer in the red dust all their lives, which is an inescapable cause and effect.

The ancients often said that life is not satisfactory nine times out of ten.
Why can't life be completely happy, and how much misfortune must occur? For this issue, we need to look at it from a macro and micro perspective.
From a sociological point of view, the resources of this world are limited, but human desires are unlimited. When limited resources meet infinite desires, believing that everyone suffers.
Moreover, some people with extremely strong abilities have most of the resources, while a small number of people can only compete in a small amount of resources, and even step by step, then ordinary people will feel pain.
No way, it's a world of competition and the law of the jungle, with only materialistic desires and endless desires. So who can live happily?
This is where you and I are most helpless in the "Social Society.".
From the micro, that is, the individual level, from which family we are born into determines what kind of future we will go. For example, if you are the child of the rich, and you are the child of the poor, the direction of fate is different.
As long as the direction of fate is different, the children of the poor will gradually envy the children of the rich. Because they know that they have struggled all their lives, they still can't touch the starting point of the latter. Slowly, they will feel the pain.
The reason why "everyone in the world is suffering" and not "the elite is suffering" is because the former is ultimately powerless.

From the rational level, it is not enough to talk about the source of pain. Because people are after all emotional creatures, there are always some emotional misfortunes that will touch their hearts.
In your opinion, what does this red earthly world look like?
Some Zen masters believe that this red earthly world is a cultivation ground, and everyone comes to this world to feel the sour, sweet, bitter and spicy, and then cultivate into positive results.
Just like the Tang monks and apprentices in "Journey to the West", they must go through ninety-nine eighty-one difficulties, suffer endless pain, and even endure life and death to reach the other shore of their hearts.
The appearances of this red dust are actually all kinds of lives. The appearances of this earthly world are actually all kinds of experiences and sufferings. Without suffering, how can we live authentically?
If red dust is a big prison, then we are all immortals who have sinned and been relegated to the earthly world; if red dust is a field of cultivation, then we are all sinful people, and we can only bear our own cause and effect in endless suffering.
Of course, it's all emotional and romantic.
The key to human suffering is the problem of "human nature". As long as human arrogance, jealousy, rage, laziness, greed, gluttony, and lust exist, then we cannot escape the problem of living a painful life.

The seven words mentioned above are actually derived from the "seven deadly sins." And man's original sin is portrayed in human nature.
Rich people will be particularly arrogant, so they will fall behind at some point in the future. This is what "The Three-Body Problem" talks about: "Weakness and ignorance are not obstacles to survival, arrogance is."
The rich will be jealous of the rich and even angry, so they will make the heart negative. This is the root of "hatred of the rich".
There are also some people who feel that the world is so boring, they choose to be lazy and do nothing, so they can only spend their lives in the process of muddled nightmares. This is the price of "laziness".
Of course, human desires are infinite, and as long as greed arises, gluttony and lust will not stop. Too many people are buried in desire, and they simply cannot get out of the abyss of desire. So, how can we possibly see the light?
Man essentially came into this world to "atone for his sins." And this sin is the "Seven Deadly Sins." At the same time, the red dust full of the seven deadly sins is a place that is "unsatisfactory", which impresses you and me.
What do you think about this earthly world, about this life? In fact, we don't have to be too entangled, and we don't have to be passive. You know, all beings are bitter, why can't you make yourself sweeter?
To borrow a phrase from Nietzsche in Zarathustra: "In fact, man is the same as a tree, and the more he yearns for the sun at the heights, the more his roots will reach out to the dark underground." ”
Only by accepting darkness can you usher in light. Only by accepting pain can you usher in a new life. That's all.
