Changan UNI-K iDD is not simply upgraded from Changan UNI-K. In fact, when Changan Automobile launched the UNI sequence, it fully considered the scalability of future UNI sequence products. Therefore, the Blue Whale iDD hybrid system is already considered at the same time as the development of UNI sequence products. From the appearance point of view, the UNI-K iDD maintains a high degree of consistency with the fuel version of the model, so that we cannot directly distinguish the model without carefully distinguishing. From the front face, we can still see a borderless grid with a very UNI sequence gene. The grille of the UNI-K iDD is decorated by a lot of seemingly irregular, but in fact, highly logical horizontal lattice decoration, which has a strong visual impact and adds a lot of stability to the front of the car.
Compared with the design of the entire front face, the proportion of the UNI-K iDD headlight group can be said to be quite small, and there is almost no extension in the longitudinal direction. The UNI-K iDD model is powered by 21-inch HORSE BRAND MC6 series tires with tire sizes of 265/45 R21. Such a large tire fits perfectly with the proportions of its entire body line. Compared with the fuel version of the model, UNI-K iDD has replaced the wheel rim with a new style, reflecting a different temperament. In addition, the car also has an orange caliper livery.
In the rear part of the car, the changes in UNI-K iDD are more pronounced. First of all, we can see the three English letters of "iDD" in the wordmark at the rear of the car. In addition, the car features a hidden exhaust, while the lower skid plate is replaced with a more combat-inspired black trim with diffuser grain.
UNI-K's original three "meter" screens, in the middle of the screen added torque output indicator table, and still in the form of liquid crystal display. This torque output table shows the combined torque output energy consumption of fuel and electric energy, which is displayed as a percentage. At full throttle, it can reach 100%. In addition, the left screen is the tire pressure information, and the right screen is a series of information such as media playback and navigation. Fur is used on the headrest and shoulder rests, while leather is used on the bottom, while the waist support on both sides of the seat is sufficient, while the softness of the clamps on both sides of the legs is different. For different parts, the softness and hardness of the seat are adjusted. In addition, the space of the UNI-K iDD due to its 2890mm wheelbase and more emphasis on the interior design of the home, there is no need to worry about the space performance of the rear. The entire static performance is actually very similar to the previously listed UNI-K fuel version.
