1. Designers are important.

I first found a renovation company and talked well in the early days, but then I didn't use them. There are 4 reasons:
A. The payment terms are too domineering.
80% advance payment, half of the project is completed, pay 95%, after the completion of the project acceptance, pay the remaining 5%.
In my opinion, they are empty gloves white wolves, let the owners prepay all the expenses, take all the risks, I certainly don't do it.
B. The project time is too long, and it takes 8 months to complete the basic decoration.
C. The designer in charge of my project left.
The designer is the soul of a project. Construction workers can find replacements, but original designers are hard to find. I am worried that the subsequent recipient designers will not be able to fully understand the original designer's design intentions, and there will be problems when the project is landed.

After the appraisal report came out, I took the report and directly sued Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and its dealers, demanding that the contract be terminated and the losses compensated.
