He said that CNKI reprinted more than 160 of its articles without his consent.

Professor Zhao Dexin felt that his knowledge achievements were not respected, and in August 2020, he took CNKI to court and filed a lawsuit against him for including more than 100 of his papers without authorization.
In the end, Zhao Dexin won all the cases and received a total compensation of more than 700,000 yuan. After CNKI lost the case, it removed all of Professor Zhao's papers from the shelves and no longer included his articles.

After purchasing the paper, he made a request to the customer service to refund the balance, but the customer service prevaricated it back for various reasons, including the refund needed a handling fee, and the refund time period was long...
Because the above problems were not resolved, the college student sued CNKI to the court.
In the end, the court ruled that CNKI's provisions on the minimum recharge limit were invalid, and Xiao Liu won the lawsuit.
At the same time, CNKI has also updated the payment page of the website and added custom recharge.
