Creating a suitable environment is the basis for helping the "five rings" quality of players to develop rapidly. Players in the development process will be affected by parents, schools, coaches, clubs, football associations, social media, agents, the public and other aspects, only multi-track parallel can better meet the needs of football talent training at different levels, in order to build China's future youth three-dimensional talent training channel. This is shown in the following figure.
Figure / Factors influencing the environment of player development
An environment suitable for the development of elite players has the following characteristics:

Encourage children to engage in and adhere to football; be able to actively communicate with children, schools and clubs; be a guardian of children, understand the legal and contract information of players; and understand football culture. The guidelines for parents to participate in youth football activities are as follows:
Kids play football for fun. Help children to fully enjoy the fun of the game, regardless of whether they win or lose;
Support your child by coming to the competition and training site;
Allow children to make mistakes, never criticize children for mistakes, and do not over-analyze their children's performance on the field after the game, so that children can decide for themselves how to train and develop skills;
Applause and cheer for the performance of all players and referees on the field, including opponents;
Keep watching from the sidelines;
Respect the decisions of the competition officials;
Never use any offensive, insulting words or deeds, do not shout (can encourage players);
Fully understand the work of the coach and do not interfere with the coach's guidance to the child, so as not to cause confusion to the child. In addition, respect for coaches and managers, most coaches and managers dedicate a lot of time to their children;
If your child is having difficulties, encourage your child to communicate directly with the coach. Taking responsibility is an important step towards maturity;
Be responsible and help your child participate in training and competitions on time;

The school's teaching plan and the player's training program are perfectly combined; the school is close to the player training ground or the school has training facilities; the talented player can get the support of the school for additional training and playing time; the school provides continuous education for the player as they grow;

Be good at communicating with coaches and players, and solve players' psychological and learning problems in a timely manner;

Develop and implement a stable youth training policy; provide players with the opportunity to participate in high-level competitions; provide supporting financial and training facilities; provide opportunities for coaches to participate in training to improve their abilities;
