The popular simulation game "Demolition and Construction Company" series of new works "Demolition and Construction Company 3" recently launched steam.
This is a first-person simulation game where the player becomes the owner of the dismantling company, demolishing and building various buildings.
Players can hire workers, buy tools and vehicles, buy land, build offices, manage finances, and manage employees, starting as a small company and growing into a large construction and demolition company.
Demolition Company 3 features a new real-world physical destruction engine that physically simulates all the debris. Each fragment has its own parameters that can resist a specific type of damage.
Objects are physically connected to each other, which also means that they will be subject to real pressure and affect each other. The system is based on physics, making the demolition process quite realistic.
Players can drive a wide variety of engineering vehicles, each with detailed models and sounds, and will also include several different tool accessories such as scissors or hand drills.
