According to the report, a person close to FF revealed that Wang Jiawei is good at capital operation and has played an important role in FF landing on the NASDAQ.

Behind Wang Jiawei's departure is the escalation of contradictions between the current FF board of directors and the management team dominated by Jia Yueting.
It is reported that Wang Jiawei studied at the Central University of Finance and Economics and the New York University in the United States, previously started a business in the United States and participated in Wall Street investment and financing projects, has rich experience in the capital market, and has served as an important executive in LeTV Holdings and FF founded by Jia Yueting.
After the establishment of FF, Wang Jiawei led each round of financing projects of FF, with a total financing of more than 2 billion US dollars.
Especially in July last year, Wang Jiawei also led the team to successfully promote FF to the NASDAQ listing.
In addition to the departure of key figures, FF also received a notice from the NASDAQ stock exchange on April 4 that its delay in filing 10-K statements did not comply with the rules for continued listing.
It mentions that if Faraday Future wants to continue to list, the exchange hopes that the company will meet compliance standards by April 19, and Faraday Future is also working towards this goal.
Faraday Future did not submit its annual report in March of this year, when it said it needed more time to complete the internal investigation, and the company's special committee of independent directors recommended an investigation.
