In order to integrate the court's trial work with the development of the industrial chain, the Municipal Intermediate People's Court repeatedly studied and discussed, took the initiative to report, actively docked with the city's key industrial chain chain chief and executive chain chief, visited and investigated the responsible departments of the industrial chain and industrial parks, held a symposium, put forward the "chain chief + president" work idea of judicial integration and industrial chain development, and established a special work class led by the vice president in charge and with the participation of relevant business chambers. The "123+ service guarantee" working model was formulated.
In order to implement the "chain chief + dean" working mechanism, a memorandum of understanding was signed with the Municipal Agriculture and Rural Bureau to help the development of the "2+6+N" key industrial chain. Through 18 specific measures in 8 aspects, judicial services and guarantees are provided for enterprises in the key industrial chain, so that the agricultural industrial chain can go longer and farther.
