Huupe has opened up a booking channel for its $4,000 smart basketball hoop. It is reported that the basketball rack is equipped with shot tracking, interactive training guides, long-range player challenges and a huge high-definition screen as a backplane, that is, users can watch TV while shooting.
Huupe will run a large number of streaming video services. In addition, the product is equipped with a fully weatherproof backplane that integrates a high-definition screen, internet connection and webcam, and some proprietary shooting tracking technology.
Users can use their smartphone as a basketball rack remote control and enter Huupe's app. There is a basic shot track that shows the user's scores, points lost, and percentages in different areas of the court. Users can analyze how many times they've only scored a goal difference, or benchmark their shot trajectory, speed, agility, release time, and vertical jumps.
Alternatively, users may also be able to run one of a bunch of different pre-recorded training sessions, or contact a qualified online trainer to effectively use the backplane as a webcam for their professional guidance, or challenge other Shape users in the HORSESE game.
