Founded in 1998 and held every April, the Mostar International Expo has an important influence in Central and Eastern Europe and is an important economic and trade cooperation platform under the framework of China-Ceral Eastern European countries cooperation. The exhibition area of the 23rd Expo is about 30,000 square meters, attracting enterprises from more than 20 countries such as China, Hungary and Italy to participate, and the number of participants exceeds 60,000.

Ambassador Ji Ping highlighted to the political leaders of Bosnia and Herzegovina the new energy projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina that China Energy Construction is deeply involved in. He said that in the past year, China-Poland trade has overcome the impact of the epidemic and grown against the trend, showing great potential for development. It is hoped that the participating Chinese enterprises will seize the opportunity to promote more advanced technologies and quality products to the markets of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Central and Eastern Europe, and polish China's green energy and digital technology business cards.

A number of participating dignitaries and guests expressed concern about China Energy Construction's project and related businesses. Dodik, rotating chairman of the presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, said that he looked forward to the early start of the Dabal hydropower project in Republika Srpska. Federal Minister of Bosnia and Herzegovina Novalic asked about the progress of the Tuzla Thermal Power Plant Unit VII project and hoped that the project would start as soon as possible. Croatian Prime Minister Plenkovic asked about China's wind power and photovoltaic business, and welcomed China's energy construction to Croatia to invest in the construction of new energy projects.

In recent years, China Energy Construction has been deeply involved in the energy construction of Bosnia and Herzegovina, among which the key cooperation projects - Unit 7 of Tuzla Thermal Power Station and Dabal Hydropower Station are currently progressing smoothly.
Among them, the Dabar Hydropower Station is the largest hydropower project undertaken by Chinese-funded enterprises in Central and Eastern Europe, which will effectively alleviate the problem of regional power shortage and create green ecological benefits after completion, especially in the major period of global energy transformation, and become a powerful engine driving the economic development of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
