Hangzhou, April 5 (Zhang Yuhuan, Cui Qianxian) On the mottled pale yellow paper, the dark blue flower stem sticks out of the bottle mouth, the blooming orange and yellow petals are dotted with scattered flower buds, and the bottle body is also covered with flowers and leaves, either purple or brown..." This work is just like the author's name, enthusiastic and unrestrained. A few days ago, at an exhibition of public welfare works held in Hangzhou, Jing Shijian, a professor in the Oil Painting Department of the China Academy of Art, commented on the painting in front of him.

The author of this work is named Huang Sun. Born into a painting family, the 22-year-old was diagnosed with autism (also known as autism) at the age of 3.

"When we were in the fourth grade, we found that the sun was sensitive to color perceptions and began to train him to paint oil." Huang Sun's mother told reporters that the child's father mainly focused on oil painting, and his son may have also inherited the "gene" of this oil painting. In order to let her son devote himself to the world of painting, Huang Sun's mother also began to devote herself to her son's life for more than ten years.

In this public exhibition, Huang Sun's paintings amazed the caring people on the scene, and many people asked him to sign the album. This thick original album records the colorful world in his eyes.

To the mother, the son seemed indistinguishable from the others. "When he picked up the paintbrush, he looked like a painter. Sometimes he would paint until two or three o'clock in the morning, and then stop writing after painting, and when he concentrated on painting, he would 'drive me away'. She smiled and said that as long as her son was happy and satisfied.

Behind this voice is also the common and simple long-cherished wish of thousands of families of autistic patients.

According to the "Report on the Development of China's Autism Education and Rehabilitation Industry" released in 2019, the incidence of autism in China reached 0.7%, and there were about 10 million people with autism spectrum disorders that year, of which more than 2 million children under the age of 12 were about 2 million. How to build a bridge between autistic people and the outside world?

Painting has no boundaries and connects people's hearts. In the exhibition, every viewer wears a blue ribbon around his wrist, which reads: "Love makes the starry sky blue, care for autistic children."

When looking at the inner world depicted with a paintbrush, Miao Hongbo, vice president of the Hangzhou Academy of Painting, vice chairman and secretary general of the Hangzhou Artists Association, was deeply impressed. "Although they have autism, they are not lonely. Painting is the bridge between children and the outside world, and they are using vivid paintings to integrate into the whole world. ”

Xia Saili, one of the directors of the exhibition, told reporters that this is the eighth year of the exhibition for children with autism, "If one day I am old, I will let my daughter continue to persevere, so that more people can feel the blue sky in the hearts of children." ”

For Zhejiang, which is moving toward common prosperity, how to better care for vulnerable groups, help them integrate into society through various channels, and improve their sense of happiness in life is also a must-answer question for governance.

Last year, the Department of Civil Affairs of Zhejiang Province issued the Action Plan for Promoting the High-quality Development of Civil Affairs undertakings and building a common prosperity demonstration zone (2021-2025). In order to achieve "no one is left behind on the road to common prosperity", the civil affairs department of Zhejiang Province proposed to care about vulnerable groups, focus on expanding the coverage of rescue guarantees, continue to increase support efforts, and innovate the "material + service" rescue model.

At the same time, in order to better play the role of the third distribution of charity, the civil affairs department of the province also proposed to build a high-quality "Zhejiang demonstration zone of good deeds" and build a new pattern of high-quality development of charity in the new era of organization, diversification, specialization, wisdom and standardization.

Jiang Yu, deputy director of the Department of Civil Affairs of Zhejiang Province, said at the scene that he hoped to carry forward the modern philanthropic concept of "charity for all" and make the new pattern of high-quality development of charity in the new era benefit more people with the joint efforts of all sectors of society.
