On the morning of April 4, during the Qingming holiday, Jiang Yong, director of the Agricultural Office of the Municipal Party Committee, secretary of the Party Committee and director of the Municipal Agriculture and Rural Bureau, led a team to go deep into the front line of law enforcement to supervise the law enforcement of the Yangtze River ban on fishing, and Li Chuande, deputy director of the Municipal Agriculture and Rural Bureau, and Wang Zhengping, head of the Municipal Agricultural Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Detachment, accompanied the inspection.
Jiang Yong and his party first went to the duty point of the Fishing Protection Brigade in Runzhou District, inspected the construction of the duty point and the information-based platform for fishing ban monitoring, listened to the report of the Runzhou District Agriculture and Rural Bureau on the recent law enforcement work of the Yangtze River fishing ban and the implementation of the grid management of the Yangtze River fishing ban, and expressed condolences to the fishermen on duty during the holidays. Jiang Yong highly affirmed the work spirit of the fishermen in adhering to the frontline of the Yangtze River fishing ban, and urged them to do a good job in epidemic prevention measures and pay attention to their own safety while enforcing the law.
Subsequently, Jiang Yong and his party boarded the No. 038 law enforcement vessel of China Fishery Administration, set off from the wharf of the Zhengrunzhou Waterway, and traveled along the river to inspect and listen to the recent law enforcement work of the Yangtze River ban on the city. Jiang Yong pointed out that the focus of the current fishing ban work is to continue to do a good job in the work of "four clearances and four noes" and severely crack down on illegal fishing and fishing-related "three noes" boat activities; the second is to consolidate territorial responsibilities, implement 24-hour grid patrol supervision, strengthen law enforcement coordination, and form a strong joint force to jointly grasp the work of banning fishing on the Yangtze River; third, we must continuously strengthen man-machine prevention and control and rapid response capabilities, accurately promote the ban on fishing on the Changjiang River, and resolutely win the "ten-year fishing ban" battle and protracted battle on the Yangtze River.
The law enforcement vessel went to the Yao Daxu Temporary Wharf, and the inspection team went to the construction site of the Zhenjiang Fishery Administration Law Enforcement Base Project (the river beach outside the Xiangshan section of the Jingkou District of the Yangtze River Embankment) to investigate the overall situation of the construction site of the Zhenjiang Fishery Administration Law Enforcement Base on the spot, and to listen to the progress of the current law enforcement base project and the work plan for the next stage. Jiang Yong stressed that in order to speed up the construction of law enforcement bases, the "ten-year ban on fishing" on the Yangtze River is "the greatest of the country", whether from the current fishing ban situation or the long-term needs of fishery administration work, the construction of fishery administration law enforcement bases is very necessary, in strict accordance with the rules and procedures, to accelerate the handling of relevant procedures.
