It is understood that Nezha Automobile has recently completed a new round of financing. On February 21 this year, Hezhong New Energy, a subsidiary of the Nezha Automobile brand, has recently completed a new round of financing of more than 2 billion yuan, and the main investment institutions include CRRC Fund under CRRC Group and Shenzhen Venture Capital with a state-owned background in Shenzhen.
This round of financing is the third round of Nezha's Series D financing. According to public information, in October 2021, Nezha Automobile officially announced the completion of the D1 round of financing of 4 billion yuan. The financing was led by 360 Group with an investment of 2 billion yuan, followed by many well-known investment institutions such as CCB International, CITIC Securities Investment, Shenwan Hongyuan Hong Kong New Energy Industry Fund, and Jifu Venture Capital. In December of the same year, the company also disclosed the D++ round of financing in which CATL, 360, AND BAIC Production and Investment participated.
