Firesprite Studios, a subsidiary of Sony Interactive Entertainment, recently released some new job postings. Interestingly, the job posting revealed that Firesprite is working on a new game.
According to the official website, Firesprite is recruiting a narrative director, and the project involved is a "AAA level, narrative-driven horror adventure game". In addition, the game will be developed using Unreal Engine 5.
The narrative director of the new project will be responsible for the screenwriting of the game, building the game's worldview, ensuring that the quality of the work passes and the smooth release. But whether this game is a sequel to an existing IP or a brand new work, the official did not say.
On the other hand, foreign media reports pointed out that the reboot of "Chariots of Fire" is now also developed by Firesprite, and the job postings have appeared in the "multiplayer action game" and "vehicle designer" related positions.
