Facing the future, Huawei will continue to increase its R&D investment, reaching RMB142.7 billion in R&D in 2021, accounting for 22.4% of its annual revenue, and its cumulative R&D investment in the past decade will exceed RMB845 billion.
Meng Wanzhou, Chief Financial Officer of Huawei, said that Huawei's greatest wealth is talent storage, thought storage, theoretical storage, engineering storage, method storage, and efficient and orderly storage of internal process management.
Huawei Rotating Chairman Guo Ping pointed out: Huawei is now facing difficulties that advanced technology is not available, and if we want to survive, we must increase strategic investment and actively seek system breakthroughs when a single point of technology leadership encounters difficulties.
It admits that in 2021, we survived, and we continued to win the recognition of customers and the industry in terms of product strength and innovation, but the problems we faced were not completely solved, and we will continue to "survive and seek development" in 2022.
