The review held that the application trademark and the cited trademark word "AirAG" are similar in letter composition, call, etc., constituting a similar trademark, and that the review services such as the design and development of the computer software designated for use in the application trademark and some of the services approved for use by the cited trademark belong to the same or similar services, and the coexistence of the two trademarks can easily lead to confusion and misidentification of the source of the service by the relevant public.
