Recently, Chery released the official picture of the new mid-size SUV Tiggo 8 PRO, the new car provides 1.6T, 2.0T and DHT hybrid three kinds of power, and another news said that the new car will be officially launched in May.
In terms of appearance, the front face of the new car is rigid, and the huge grille adopts a dot matrix style. The daytime light is connected to the grille and runs through the front face. The fog light areas on both sides are clearly defined, adding layering to the front face. The fog light area and under the front bumper are decorated with gold accents.
The rear part of the car, the upper part of the tail light adopts a through-type design, and the lower part is a dot matrix type. A total of four exhausts on both sides highlight the sense of sportiness. In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the new car are 4745*1860*1745mm, and the wheelbase is 2710mm, which is basically the same as other products of the Tiggo 8 family.
In terms of interior, the largest 24-inch curved double screen in the same class occupies the main position, the central control design is simple, using touch buttons, with a three-spoke multi-function steering wheel. The official drawing shows that the interior of the new car is a two-color design, and the seat surface is spliced with leather and fabric. The car will also offer a W-HUD head-up display and SONY's 10-speaker stereo.
In terms of power, the new car provides three kinds of power: 1.6T, 2.0T turbocharging and Kunpeng DHT hybrid. Among them, Chery's Kunpeng DHT hybrid has 3 physical gears and 9 working modes, and the specific power parameters have not yet been announced. The new car is also equipped with a full-time all-wheel drive system, which was jointly developed by ZF and Chery and has six road conditions: economy, general, sports, camping, skiing and cross-country.
