At this point, because the former Chinese women's volleyball team coach Lang Ping is only a member of the committee, as Lang Ping's apprentice, after the promotion, Goodetti's position in the International Volleyball Federation has surpassed the teacher and become Lang Ping's boss.

There are 8 committees under the FIVB, of which the Technical and Coaching Committee is an important department, and only senior managers are eligible to serve as the chairman of the committee. Before Gudetti took up his new role, the chairman of the Technical and Coaching Committee was former U.S. women's volleyball coach McCarthy, a position he held after the 2016 Rio Olympics. At that time, Goodtti and the then American women's volleyball coach Kirari, then Brazilian women's volleyball coach Guimarães, both became members at the same time, and Lang Ping only became a member in May 2021, later than Goodeti, Killary and Guimarães.
Born in 1972, Goodtti is an Italian who is 12 years younger than Lang Ping. As an athlete, Goodetty aspired to be a coach. From 2003 to 2004, he briefly coached the Bulgarian women's volleyball team. Since 2006, Goodetty has taken over the German women's volleyball team and trained the German team that originally belonged to the second-rate team into a strong team.
While coaching the German team, Goodetti began his role as head coach of Turkish Vakifer Bank in 2014. At the beginning of 2015, Gudetti resigned as the head coach of the German women's volleyball team and became the head coach of the Dutch women's volleyball team, and led the team to the final round of the Rio Olympic Games. After ending his coaching career in the Netherlands, Gudetti turned to the Turkish women's volleyball team coach. During this period, he has been the head coach of the Wakif Bank team until now, and teamed up with Lang Ping to promote Zhu Ting's three-year stay at Wakif Bank.
Although Goodtti is now a world coach, the brilliance of his coaching career is inseparable from Lang Ping. As early as when Lang Ping was coaching the Italian Modena Club, Gudeti, who was still unknown, went to visit and personally found Lang Ping to visit the teacher, and humbly learned from Lang Ping's coaching experience. After the success of the visit, Goodetty came to the stadium every day to report on time. He patiently observed and wrote down notebook after notebook.
