In order to protect their city, Surama's Night Elves desperately used magic to create a barrier against the invasion of the Legion. Although they succeeded, the price was tragic. There was no daylight in the barrier, and no moonlight, which was not a good thing for the night elves who believed in Elun.
The Great MagiSander, the leader of the upper elves of Surama, opposed queen Isara's path of darkness and depravity and created the Night Well with the Eye of Amansur. It was the power of this well that protected Surama and saved it from being torn apart by the Great Schism. When the elves who did not see the light of day were desperate, they could only seek strength from this well.
Like the Blood Elves, the Night Well had no less impact on the elves of Surama than the Well of the Sun, transforming them into the Children of the Night, as we know them today, Chatore.

The Fallen Night Elves are the transition stage between the Children of the Night and the Dead, who have to devour magic to alleviate their pain.
In the face of desperate situations, some people tend to choose to go to a more extreme path. Some of the Blood Elves had absorbed the power of evil energy under the guidance of Kelsas, and the evil energy made them no longer addicted to magic, but the price was even greater. Evil energy transforms the Blood Elves into Blood Elves, and the Dragon Advent version of the Warlock Orange Kavadiris Evil Devourer is the Blood Elf. The chief arcane magician, Talisa, stood up and led her people to rise up, but the uprising failed, and she was thrown into the water. But Talisa didn't give up, she approached the tribe for help, and eventually we defeated Elizander at the Night Fortress and crushed Guldan's plot.
