Half an hour later, Guangxi Mobile received a report from its subordinate Wuzhou Tengxian Branch that there was a suspected plane crash in Molang Village, Langnan, Fujian County, and immediately sent an emergency communication support team composed of professional and technical personnel such as wireless, transmission, and optimization to the suspected crash site to verify. Subsequently, Guangxi Mobile took the initiative to contact the Wuzhou Emergency Bureau and the on-site rescue command center to understand the specific situation, and jointly organized the emergency repair team composed of 11 people and 3 emergency vehicles to allocate the emergency cabinet to the accident site at the first time, and provided 2 satellite phones to the person in charge of the on-site command.
At the same time, China Mobile Group Corporation dispatched two emergency communication vehicles from Zhaoqing and Yunfu in Guangdong Province, and a UAV base station from Guangzhou to the scene of the accident. It is reported that the UAV base station can fly more than 200 meters and remain in the air for 24 hours.
As of 17:00 on the 21st, Guangxi Mobile has expanded the capacity of 4 PTN devices, and added a new PTN transmission equipment and 20 G uplink transmission bandwidth to ensure base station communication. At the same time, 3 medium-sized emergency communication vehicles and 1 satellite vehicle and 7 emergency repair personnel rushed to the scene.

At 15:57 on the 21st, Guangxi Unicom received a report from its subordinate Wuzhou Tengxian Branch that there was a suspected aircraft crash in Langnan Molang Village, Fujian County, and Guangxi Unicom Wuzhou City Branch and Fujian County Branch immediately organized wireless, transmission, optimization and other professional emergency repair personnel to go to the suspected crash site to verify the operation of the base station and other related information. At 16:09, the early network repair personnel of Guangxi Unicom Fuji County Branch had arrived at the suspected crash site.
After the accident, China Unicom Group Corporation attached great importance to it and immediately activated the emergency response mechanism. Guangxi Unicom immediately launched an emergency plan, and Guangxi Unicom Wuzhou Branch set up an emergency command and support group at the first time, and at the same time sent support personnel to carry satellite phones and send emergency communication vehicles to rush to the scene of the incident. As of 19:00 on the 21st, 7 support personnel, 2 emergency repair vehicles, and 2 oil engines had arrived at the scene to conduct network tests on the emergency command center, while ensuring the operation of the nearby base station and adjusting the antenna, optimizing the wireless signal at the rescue site. At present, the signal coverage in the command area is good.
In addition, China Unicom's emergency communication vehicles have arrived at the unified concentration point arranged by the government and are ready to be guaranteed. Five members of the network support command group of Guangxi Unicom Wuzhou Branch have arrived at the command center with satellite phones and done a good job in the communication support work of the command center.

China Tower Wuzhou Branch launched a three-level response to emergencies, arranged maintenance personnel, vehicles and oil engines to be on standby at any time, and communicated with operators to respond to power generation support needs in a timely manner. The monitoring and dispatching center of China Tower Guangxi Branch will continue to pay attention to the rescue of personnel and the operation of the network, and ensure the operation of communication network security with the principle of "first rush through and then repair".
At 15:30 on March 21, the emergency personnel of Wuzhou Tower arrived at the Datangkou base station closest to the accident site, and equipped the Datangkou base station with 2 oil engines and 2 barrels of 20 kilograms of oil through the way of shoulder lifting, expanded the power module capacity, and tested the power generation on the spot; at about 18:00, after communicating with the operator, the wireless machine room base station of the base station of the village base station in Tangbu Town was listed as an important support base station, and equipped with oil engines and oil, and arranged emergency personnel to be on duty all night for the above two heavy security base stations, taking turns to carry out uninterrupted support.
