After the implementation of the new regulations, this work will be handed over to the factory to be responsible, the factory will check the new car before the vehicle leaves the factory, and the vehicle management office will not have to check the vehicle information again when going to the license plate, which can save a lot of time.
Second, the implementation of passenger car registration nationwide one-card office
In the past, when registering a small non-operating passenger car in a city other than the place of household registration, the owner of the car needed to go to the local public security department to apply for a temporary residence permit, and the temporary residence permit could be registered before it could be registered. After the implementation of the one-card general office, the owner can register the passenger car as long as he has an ID card.
Third, the implementation of vehicle information change across provinces
Car owners are engaged in different jobs, and the needs for cars are also different, and some car owners need to install luggage racks or assistive devices for the disabled in the car. In this case, in the past, the owner could only return to the place of registration for inspection, and then go through the process of changing the vehicle information. After May 1, car owners will be able to change their vehicle information in any province in the country.
"Three improvements"
1. Shorten the time limit for motor vehicle registration. There are 8 stages of motor vehicle registration, which take at least 5 days to complete. After the implementation of the new regulations, the registration of motor vehicles has been reduced, and it can be completed in just two days.
2. Open online reservation and handle business. The management of many vehicle management offices is also very traditional, and if you want to handle business, you can only go to the window to consult, and you can only take a leave of absence on weekdays to handle business. Now the new regulations require the vehicle management office to implement electronic management measures, some business will gradually open online reservation and processing, the owner no longer has to run east and west.
3. The number plate of the motor vehicle can be compiled and selected by itself. Listing a car is the most important concern for every car owner, because it is related to what kind of license plate they choose. Previously, everyone could only go to the selected number of the car management and choose from the number randomly generated by the system. But these numbers may not be their favorite, and many car owners feel very frustrated.
After May 1, the self-compiled and self-selected policy will be fully implemented, and car owners can write the number plate of the motor vehicle according to their own preferences, so that the probability of choosing their favorite ticket will be greatly improved.
And the good news is that the license plate numbers can be exchanged after May 1. If you have two cars in your name or if you have one car each, you can apply for a license plate exchange. However, license plate swaps are only available once a year, and this right must be used with caution.
