On the morning of March 20, the exhibition of fine calligraphy and red news cultural relics in the collection of "Taking the Road of Catching up with the Examination in the New Era" was launched at the Xibaipo Memorial Hall. The exhibition is held to welcome the 73rd anniversary of the CPC Central Committee leaving Xibaipo to enter Beijing to "catch up with the examination", guided by the Propaganda Department of the Shijiazhuang Municipal CPC Committee and the Hebei Provincial Journalists Association, and co-sponsored by the Xibaipo Memorial Hall and the Shijiazhuang Municipal Federation of Literature.
A total of 73 calligraphy works were exhibited in the "Exhibition of Fine Calligraphy in the Collection", of which Sun Xiaoyun, Shen Peng, Zhang Hai, Su Shishu and other calligraphy masters were exhibited.

The "Red News Cultural Relics Exhibition" mainly displays 54 red news cultural relics founded in the Xibaipo period, and precious newspapers and periodicals in the Liberated Areas such as Jin-Cha-Ji Daily, Jin-Cha-Ji Pictorial, Chinese Youth, and People's Daily are among the exhibits. These cultural relics are the historical witness of the Cpc Central Committee's entry into Beijing to "catch up with the examination", the historical witness of the Chinese revolution moving towards victory and the establishment of a new China, and also highlight the important contribution of the red journalism to the birth of new China.
