Article 3 of the Provisions points out that if a consumer unpacks and inspects the goods as necessary for the inspection of the goods and does not affect the integrity of the goods, and the e-commerce operator claims that the no-reason return system provided for in Article 25 of the Consumer Rights and Interests Protection Law is not applicable on the grounds that the goods have been unsealed, the people's court will not support it, except as otherwise provided by law.
