In "Water Margin", Yang Zhi had three famous fights, which made people generally believe that he had the strength of the Five Tiger Generals of Liangshan, but people only saw the results and ignored a common detail. Let's take a look.
The first time was Yang Zhi vs. Lin Chong: Lin Chong and NaHan (Yang Zhi) fought until they were thirty years old, regardless of victory or defeat. The two fought for a dozen more times, and were fighting to the point of division, only to see the mountain shouting, "Two good men don't fight." Lin Chong listened and jumped out of the circle.
People paid attention to the end, and the fight was divided -- that is, to divide the victory and defeat, and Wang Lun shouted to stop. So Lin Chong jumped out of the circle. Therefore, there is a saying that Lin Chong can't beat Yang Zhi under the steps. Otherwise, why did he jump out of the circle?
Let's not discuss whether this opinion is right or not, just remember such a set of numbers: two people first fight thirty rounds, and then fight ten rounds, a total of more than forty rounds, never to fifty rounds!
The second time was Yang Zhi vs. Lu Zhishen: Yang Zhi and the monk fought until they reached forty or fifty, regardless of whether they won or lost. The monk sold a flaw, jumped out of the circle, and shouted, "Rest! ”
Don't look at anything else, just look at the number of rounds, and it's "forty or fifty", never fifty!
The third time was Yang Zhi's great battle against Hu Yanzhuo: at that time, Yang Zhi came out of the horse to clash with Hu Yanzhuo, and the two fought for more than forty times, regardless of victory or defeat. Hu Yan saw that Yang Zhi's means were strong and strong, and wondered, "How did you get out of these two?" Good to be born, not a means in the green forest. ”
See the number of rounds? More than forty, or not fifty!
Let's first look at the fight between the five tiger generals, Lin Chong and Hu Yanzhuo are, "The gun comes to whip a flower, and the whip goes to the gun to blossom a cluster." Go head-to-head with the Five Tigers, and don't let him have fifty rounds. But it was no problem with Ba Biao. At the same time, the five tigers fight eight Biao, but they clearly tell who wins and who loses! Therefore, these details are actually Shi Nai'an, telling me in this way: It is not that I don't want Yang Zhi to enter the Five Tiger Generals, but his martial arts are really not good, and he can't reach the level of the Five Tiger Generals!
