"I am not a cheongsam goddess, just an ordinary woman who focuses on traditional culture and innovation." In 2015, Chen Jingxuan founded the Embroidery Women's College and focused on the research and exploration of the new Chinese qipao culture, she once told reporters.
"It's not so much that I founded embroidery, but that embroidery accompanied me forward." It is the target of my own growth, and I am the best embroidery work. It is hoped that embroidery can help the inheritance and development of traditional culture in the near future, and can create more positive value for society. Chen Jingxuan said.

Resigned from the customs clerk and went to the sea
To form an indissoluble relationship with the qipao
Chen Jingxuan, who graduated from college, originally worked at the customs, but the regulations in the unit to wear uniforms to work made Chen Jingxuan, who has loved beauty since childhood, unable to sit still. "How can a girl wear only one uniform for the rest of her life?" Recalling the reason for leaving at that time, Chen Jingxuan said with a smile. Three months later, Chen Jingxuan resolutely chose to resign and began to engage in beauty-related industries.
The establishment of the Embroidery Women's College was a very fortuitous opportunity for Chen Jingxuan. In 2011, Chen Jingxuan returned to Fuzhou and served as secretary general of the World Fujian Entrepreneurs Council under the China News Agency.
In 2014, at a time of rapid development of China's qipao culture, qipao associations around the world mushroomed everywhere. Chen Jingxuan joined the Qipao Association as an ordinary qipao enthusiast. Starting from physical training and performance training of the qipao, I just wanted to do a relatively good and worthy of watching the qipao competition. In this way, Chen Jingxuan formed an indissoluble relationship with the qipao.
Holding the Fujian Division of the China Qipao Competition, which stood out in various competition areas across the country and even abroad, allowed Chen Jingxuan to win the right to hold the global Qipao Competition, and also laid her status and foundation in the Chinese qipao industry. In a short period of time, Chen Jingxuan stepped into the youngest and fastest-improving president, and became a prominent figure in the Chinese qipao industry, however, at that time, she planned to retire in this way.
"If you leave, we will leave." It was the persistence of those sisters who shared Chen Jingxuan's like-mindedness and fought side by side that allowed Chen Jingxuan to open up the other side of his thinking. She slowly began to think about how to form feelings and love into an industry, and to be able to operate as a company and develop sustainably. In this way, adhering to the purpose of "temperament is the best business card for women", in 2015, the Embroidery Women's College was established.

Show national costumes and innovate in inheritance
With the awakening of women's self-awareness, women's needs for their own growth and the pursuit of independence, self-confidence, and self-esteem are also getting stronger and stronger. In Chen Jingxuan's view, a woman's growth is not just as superficial and simple as teaching etiquette and form. Chen Jingxuan hopes to rely on the qipao culture and combine the education courses of the Embroidery Women's College to create a transformation of the female spirit, so that every woman is beautiful and elegant and respected.
Embroidery Women's College is not only a place where you can learn social knowledge and cultural accomplishment, it is also a social circle where all women can grow together. "Whether you can wear the cheongsam well is your graduation work." Chen Jingxuan said with a smile.
Not only that, Chen Jingxuan continues to inherit in culture and innovate in inheritance. Through the qipao as the carrier, according to the local characteristics, she will apply the intangible cultural heritage to the qipao, and then sort out the culture carried by the products through the embroidery women's college, so that the traditional culture and intangible cultural heritage can be reproduced in life. At the same time, Chen Jingxuan hopes that the qipao can become a part of food, clothing, and housing. She improved the fabric and style of the qipao and promoted it to make the qipao more lifelike.
Chen Jingxuan, who witnessed the development of the qipao from its heyday to the trough, has an inseparable affection for the qipao. In China, the daily popularity of the qipao is far less than that of Kimono in Japan, Hanbok in Korea, or sarees in India. To this end, Chen Jingxuan issued an appeal, she hopes that people can prepare a national costume for themselves at six important traditional festivals of the year - Spring Festival, Lantern Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, Chongyang and birthday, so as to show national costumes, publicize traditional Chinese costume culture, and tell Chinese stories to the world.

Participate in the formulation of standards and disseminate traditional culture
Chen Jingxuan has always had an idea in his heart, that is, to let physical education walk on the stage of the Chinese qipao. At the beginning of 2018, Chen Jingxuan had the honor of joining the China Social Art Association and served as the vice president of the Popular Culture and Art Committee of the China Social Art Association, responsible for the evaluation of qipao models. At this point, her original intention has a broader place to use. She will accumulate years of competition and teaching experience and experts and professors to jointly draft the "Qipao Model Evaluation Standards", so that the qipao industry can be standardized and standardized development.
Chen Jingxuan, who works at work, occasionally takes her children with her, because in her view, teaching by example is the best education that mothers can give to their children. "Career and family are difficult to balance, but at every important point in time, you can let your child accompany you, which is also an education." Chen Jingxuan said.
Since the establishment of the Embroidery Women's College, it has been 7 years, Chen Jingxuan has always been committed to being a disseminator of traditional culture. From basing herself in Fuzhou and establishing a national operation center, Chen Jingxuan hopes that the Embroidery Women's College can go to the whole country, through the inheritance of ideas, let more people walk with themselves, and drive women's growth, thus affecting a family, or even a city.
