However, the turbocharger device relies on the waste push generated by the engine, rather than synchronously running when the engine is just started, the engine has just started, and at low speed, the exhaust gas generated is not much, which is not enough to promote the operation of the turbine. This delay time from pressing the throttle to increasing the speed of the turbine to start is called turbo lag. Turbo lag causes a sense of delay when the turbocharged engine accelerates, and the power output is inconsistent and frustrated.

The service life of the turbocharger is shorter than that of the naturally aspirated engine, and the turbocharger life is shorter than that of the naturally aspirated engine, and the maintenance cost in the later period is much higher.
