But on the other hand, Tesla has also been actively pursuing responsibility for the relevant personnel who "participated" in this rights protection case, and the car blogger Big V "Feng Shiming" was also involved.

According to Feng Shiming, on the day the female car owner was detained, he was also taken to the police station for questioning/interrogation, asking him what role he played in the Shanghai Auto Show 419 rights protection incident. The core problem is that I've provided a Media Day Pass; I'm the owner of a 7-person activist group.

In this regard, Feng Shiming explained that he was given three media day passes, and after Ms. Zhang repeatedly unsuccessfully tried to apply for a media card as a Weibo self-media identity, she transferred one at her request.

And Ms. Zhang's admission voucher is a media day pass. This is an anonymous, unrestricted voucher that is freely requested by the Exhibitor from the Organiser and may be transferred to others. The actual user fills in his identity information and can enter with the certificate after being reviewed by the system.

As for Ms. Zhang's excessive behavior in the exhibition hall after she was certified, there is no necessary connection with the certificate. She can enter through scalper tickets (as is the case with Mr. An), through exhibitors (Ms. Li once said she knew someone from a car company), or she can buy her own ticket on the next day's audience day.

However, on April 28, Tesla mentioned in an official article that Han Chao and I were the main organizers and planners of the "rights protection" incident; on September 3, we received a complaint on the right to reputation of the other party, listing 9 microblogs and appealing for 5 million. At the same time, on March 15 this year, it received a counterclaim from the other party about the 419 incident, claiming 5 million.

At present, Tesla's response to its lawsuit has exceeded 10 million, and Tesla said in its counterclaim that it seriously violated professional ethics, privately participated in organizing and planning others to make trouble, disrupted public order, and carried out infringing activities against Tesla.
