WWE 2K22's new game mode and subsequent update plans have been announced

The largest video game ever wwe, with a redesigned game engine, new controls, stunning graphics and new game modes!

Now officially available, WWE 2K22 is the latest version of the flagship WWE video game series developed by Visual Concepts and is now available on the Steam platforms of PlayStation4 (PS4), PlayStation5 (PS5), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC. At the same time, to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the mysterious rael becoming a WWE superstar, he also became the cover character of WWE 2K22.

The game has undergone top-down overhauls, including a redesigned engine and gameplay, the most stunning WWE 2K graphics to date, intuitive and easy-to-access controls, multiple new game modes, and immersive presentations and camera angles through the entire process. WWE 2K22 also contains a diverse soundtrack curated by executive soundtrack producer Machine Gun Kelly, who will appear as a playable character in subsequent releases of DLC.

Rich game modes

WWE 2K22 ushered in the return of several popular game modes and introduced several new additions:

2K Showcase is starring Rael the Mysterious Man: Players will relive the iconic moments behind the most famous match of mystic Rael's 20-year WWE career. Each game features documentary-style interviews with mysteries, and new Slingshot technology allows players to seamlessly transition from game graphics to live-action footage as players complete their goals and experience his most iconic historical moments;

MyGM: In this new, fan-driven mode, players will choose one of five GMs or create their own GM, draft a roster, manage your budget, sign free agents, choose a variety of tournament types, arena locations, crafting elements, and more. The goal is to beat rival GM in weekly ratings battles and climb to the top in the Wrestling Mania Tournament;

MyFACTION: A new single-player mode with classic team-building gameplay where players can collect, manage and upgrade a range of WWE superstars and legends to create their ultimate four-player brand. The organizer and side panels improve performance, while logos, wallpapers, and nameplates allow for creative customization. Get additional rewards in each MyFACTION sub-mode, including weekly towers and brand wars, where exciting limited-time rewards are refreshed on the first day of each month. New theme card packs will also be introduced frequently, offering players a large selection of current superstars and beloved legends to join their collections;

MyRISE: Players develop their own path to superstardom, starting with the humble beginnings of the WWE Performance Center as a rookie, to the challenge of becoming a superstar, to becoming an immortal WWE legend. With a unique male and female storyline, players will encounter a series of WWE superstars and legends as they embark on their journey;

Universe: Enables players to fully customize their WWE experience, down to the smallest detail. From managing brands, premium live events, race results, competitions, and more, Universe includes Classic and Superstar submodes. In the Superstar sub-mode, players follow their chosen superstars to tournaments, develop confrontations, form doubles teams, create custom matches, participate in championship matches, and more every week;

Creation Suite: As an industry-leading presence, Creator Suite has returned to this game, bringing all new cross-platform community creations, featured creator sections that highlight players and their content, community creation support, and the Creation Superstar Wizard to speed up creation. Players can create themselves or become completely different people, with countless depth options to choose from.

Content release plans after the game goes live

A roadmap for post-WWE 2K22 content updates has also been announced, including a special appearance of fan favorite WWE superstars, celebrity guests, legends and digital NXT supernovae. There are a total of 5 content packs that provide players with new content in the coming months, including 28 new playable characters. The full package will also include the WWE 2K22 Season Pass, Deluxe Edition and nWo 4-Life Digital Edition.

Celebrity character additions include WWE 2K22 lead music producer Machine Gun Kelly and social celebrity Logan Paul, who is planning to play with doubles team mate Miz in a wrestling mania tournament against WWE 2K22 cover superstar Rael and his son Dominic Mistrio.

Other post-release playable characters include "The Fiercest Woman on The Surface" Ronda Rossi, Doink The Clown, LA Knight, Mr. T, Rob Van Dam, Stacey Keibler, Cactus Jack, British Bulldog, Umaga, Yokooka, and Doudrop.
