The "Three-Year Return to Heaven Plan" is a project of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government to benefit the people with the people's livelihood in mind and improve the lives of the people, and has a prominent significance and exemplary role in the process of China's urbanization. From the issuance of the notice in 2018 to the completion of the project in 2021, the "Huitian Plan" has brought great changes to the lives of the masses and provided many creative materials for literary and art workers.
Under the deployment of the Beijing Federation of Literary and Art Circles and under the personal command of Secretary Chen Ning, the associations of the Beijing Federation of Literary and Literary Associations have repeatedly gone to the Huitian area for field investigations and in-depth life. The cross-talk drama "Still Beautiful" and the Quyi micro-film "Pots and Pans taiping year" are quyi works that came into being according to the "Huitian Plan", of which the Quyi micro-film "Pots and Pans Taiping Year" is a key support project for young and middle-aged talents in China, and the cross-talk drama "Still Beautiful" is an original Beijing-style stage drama funded by the Beijing Publicity and Culture Guidance Fund and guided by the Beijing Municipal Federation of Literature and Literature.
On January 18, 2021, the launching ceremony of the "Happiness 100" Huitian theme cross-talk drama "Still Beautiful" and the Quyi micro-film "Pots and Pans in the Year of Peace" were held in beijing literary association, Beijing Longzeyuan community neighborhood committee and Beijing comedy academy respectively. At the launching ceremony, the organizers will invite Li Weijian, chairman of the Beijing Ququ Association, outstanding cross-talk actors Ying Ning, Wang Yuebo and residents of longzeyuan community to tell the story of the artist's visit to the Huitian area to collect style, and discuss how the music art creation can be in the community and grounded.
