NBA star Zubac buys a new mansion in California and is ready to put down roots?

After selling Mar Vista House, Clippers star Ivica Zubac was upgraded to the all-new Encino Digs, NBA player Ivica Zubac, who lived a life of luxury on and off the court. He signed a three-year, $21 million contract with the NBA's Los Angeles Clippers, and the 7-foot Croatian center and longtime girlfriend, Kristina Prišč, also excelled in the real estate division.

Zubac recently spent $4.8 million on a luxurious new mansion in the long-sought-after suburb of Encino in the San Fernando Valley. Meanwhile, he sold another of his homes, a boxy Mar Vista resort, for $3.5 million in an OTC deal, about $400,000 more than it had been about two years ago.

Zubac's newly acquired home is hidden behind a gate, protected by security cameras. The building was built in 1990 but has recently been completely rebuilt in the modern farmhouse style. The building is mostly white, with a particularly wide concrete and grassy driveway on the front, and an attached garage for three cars, decorated with decorative wooden doors.

Inside, there are five bedrooms and six bathrooms scattered across more than 5,400 square feet of neutral and lighted interiors, filled with high ceilings, skylights, recessed lighting, and steel windows. Almost every open room has floor-to-ceiling glass walls to provide an interactive lifestyle inside and out.

A huge wooden front door leads to a two-storey foyer topped with Bohean-style lamps and a glass-wrapped wine display. There is a formal living room with a fireplace and a dining room topped with chandeliers, with paneled walls and French doors leading out.
