The "Frédrod" in League of Legends can be regarded as one of the largest forces in the Rune Continent, and as mentioned in the previous article, freield is the home of the demigods.
As mentioned in the previous issue, after the war between the two demigod brothers Of war, Wally Belle and Orne, the Frost Witch Lisandro signed a pact with the Watchmen in order to gain strength and unify Freirdjoud, which is also the beginning of the tragedy.
The Three Sisters Era
After Lisandro hid from her sisters and made an oath with the Watcher on their behalf, the Watcher gave the tribe unimaginable power as promised. The three sisters were given eternal life, which enabled them to lead the tribe to prosperity forever. They are immune to the cold of the harsh winter with their powerful followers, and can use the true frost ice crystals that are said to never melt as weapons, known as the Descendants of Frost. Huge and terrifying beasts, transformed into completely different forms, were given the word "Void" and obeyed the orders of the three sisters.
The troll kings also obeyed them, crossing the tundra and fighting everywhere to win a large fortune. Gaining the power to compete with or even defeat the demigods, and with different demigods exiting for various reasons, the Three Sisters defeated the demigods and became the masters of the Frost Land. Now, a thousand years after the declaration of human independence, they erased the title of "Frigaard" given by the demigods and replaced their homeland with the name of "Frédrode", symbolizing the end of the age of the demigods and the beginning of human dominance.
Three Sisters Civil War
The war between the demigods and the three sisters ended in the victory of the three sisters, and the first victory came at the cost of climate change brought about by the Watchmen. The weather in Freilderod was getting colder—the skies were getting darker, the winds were getting colder, and food was beginning to become scarce. Mortals, who were once united, eventually divided into different tribes, fighting and fighting each other. When Avarosa and Cerrida saw this, their inner thoughts exploded: they thought that their power might be related to their current situation, and Lisandro should be related to it, so they asked Lisandra to confess.
Lisandro tries to appease the sisters, telling one lie after another, intending to cover up the truth, but it does nothing to stop the situation from deteriorating. In the end, Lisandro's various deeds of helping the Watchmen in secret for many years were finally exposed, and the sisters were furious. Avarosa believes that the only thing worse than death is enslavement, and Cerelda does not like the world they have been fighting for to finally become like this. So they led the army to Lisandro's territory, the Ice Guard Fortress, and prepared to take away Lisandro's power.
At this moment, Lisandro was still planning to deal with the mess alone, while begging the Watchmen to give her more time to prepare her for their arrival. While trying to persuade the sisters to accept and surrender to the new master who has given them everything. But Lisandro, or human, was too insignificant to the Watcher, and her plea was never in the Watcher's eyes. They opened the rift in space-time earlier than Lisandro had expected, invaded the realm of matter, and came to the army of the Three Sisters.

When the fierce dispute worsened to its peak, the Watcher finally descended on the Rune Land.
The earth crumbled, the abyss below devoured thousands of warriors, and then the most terrifying of them appeared. When it first came to the realm of matter, it was confused by the concepts of substance and permanence, and immediately attacked everyone. Under the unbridled chaotic deformation of the Watcher, it grew horns, fur, and huge tentacle-like limbs, which then transformed into human arms, and its fingers were embedded in the bare rocks of the mountain wall. Worse still, the other Watchmen followed, each undergoing a jaw-dropping morphological change.
When the Watchmen arrive, Lisandro realizes that she has never made a deal with the gods, they are far more powerful and bad beings than the gods. Just look at it, and if you're not crazy, you know they have only one purpose: to devour everything and return them to nothingness. Her sisters and their army were ready to fight the Watchmen, and Lisandro could join forces with the sisters to try to repel the Watchmen, although this was probably a useless move, but she did not do so.
She summoned and exhausted all the ancient magic around her, not even her allies, and then sacrificed everything to seal the rift between the realms with true frost ice crystals, imprisoning the Watchers. The vast clouds of smoke formed by the ice mist rushed through the rift, and the mortal warriors who escaped by chance lost their minds because of what they witnessed with their own eyes. The armies of the Three Sisters, Avarosa and Cerilda, became the watchmen's funerary and were frozen in the abyss.
The end of the Three Sisters era
Lisandro sacrificed everything to save the world, but the price has not yet been paid. She thought that the true frost ice crystals that would never melt were gradually melting because of the power of the Watchmen, and worse, the Watchmen were only temporarily in a deep sleep—dozens of Watchmen were trapped in the threshold space between the two realms, frozen and sleeping by the true frost ice crystals. Lisandra must make sure they fall asleep at all times, and if they wake up, there is a good chance that they will be freed from bondage and destroyed everything. The only thing she could do was to invade other people's dreams, observe the world, recruit people who were useful to her, collect other people's dreams, and send them to the watchmen to continue dreaming.
However, Lisandro is not always the active party, and the sleeping watchmen occasionally invade Lisandro's consciousness, leaving Lisandra terrified and on the verge of collapse. For Lisandro, it was a tug-of-war to throw wholeheartedly into. In order to cope with other situations, Lisandro gathered his surviving followers and rebuilt his faction, the Ice Guard. She and the first Ice Guard did their best to rewrite history and cover up the truth about the martyrdom of the sisters and the existence of the Watchmen. At the same time, we tried our best to recruit frost descendants and set up a "house of the watchers" to observe the situation of the watchmen. It also took a large number of True Frost Ice Crystals for its own use as a backup resource for the Seal Watcher.
Near the largest known Watchmen, or around the Watchmen closest to the surface of the ice, there are warriors of the House of The Watchers patrolling diligently. Sometimes the Ice Guardians would send the Frost Races to dive into the abyss to observe the true Frost Ice Crystals. Of course, if the Frostborne are unfortunate enough to see the Watchmen awaken, most of them will die for the rest of their lives.
The dreams collected by Lisandro are mainly for larger Watchmen, and if a small Watcher awakens due to a lack of dreams, the Ice Guardian will smash the Watcher with a "Death Stone" made of thawed granite that is more than thirty meters long. It is said that one of the Watchmen was smashed many times by the giant Death Stone thrown from the heights of the fortress and did not die, known as the "Eye of Penetration". Probably out of remorse, Lisandro left the only document documenting the disaster, which was stored in the library of the Ice Guard Fortress for later Ice Guards to read.
The era of the Three Sisters came to an end, and Lisandro was unable to unify Freirzold, so the cold land was divided by various tribes until the distant future.
