You know, under the erosion of the debt crisis, today's Evergrande has long been "unable to make ends meet". At the end of January this year, Evergrande also announced the decision to carry out debt restructuring, saying that it would strive to come up with a preliminary restructuring plan within 6 months to protect the interests of creditors. Just when everyone thought that Evergrande's goal of "delivering 600,000 houses in 2022" was just an empty word, an unexpected situation occurred. Recently, some central enterprises have begun to take the initiative to take over the "mess" left by Evergrande. For example, Everbright Trust took over Evergrande's two real estate projects in Chongqing, and Minmetals Trust took over Evergrande's real estate projects in Foshan.
There is no doubt that after the central enterprises have made a move, Evergrande's hopes for achieving the delivery target this year are a few points greater. More critically, the central enterprises took over the Evergrande project and also waived some of evergrande's debts. For Evergrande at this time, this is undoubtedly equivalent to "sending charcoal in the snow".
Some friends may feel that this is obviously a "mess" left by Evergrande itself, and in the end, why should the central enterprises take over the solution? In fact, this can also be understood as support and help for giant enterprises such as Evergrande. After all, if Evergrande really fell, the bad collateral impact caused by it would definitely be there. It will not only cause local tax losses, but also cause a number of small and medium-sized enterprises and suppliers to suffer, and will also cause large-scale unemployment.
And if a large number of Evergrande's "rotten tail" real estate can not be delivered in the end, the most disadvantaged is the owner group. Considering the above factors, for Evergrande, which has reached an emergency moment, the central enterprises in the mainland can naturally help. It is foreseeable that at the end of this year, it is estimated that many central enterprises will take over Evergrande's "mess".
It should be noted that Evergrande itself is not "lying flat", and its attitude towards solving the debt crisis is still relatively positive. On the one hand, Evergrande is also constantly contributing to the work of "guaranteeing the delivery of buildings" to ensure the interests of owners; on the other hand, Evergrande is also constantly preparing for the trump card of new energy vehicles.
At the beginning of this year, Evergrande Automobile's first model has officially rolled off the production line, and it is expected to be able to complete mass production in the second half of the year. I believe that at that time, evergrande's situation can also usher in a certain improvement.
