This test can not only directly view the mucosal lesions, but also directly take the lesion site for histopathological biopsy, which is more accurate than other screening methods for early gastric cancer screening. However, less than 15% of the people in China have detected stomach cancer at an early stage. China's population is large, the territory is vast, it is difficult to popularize gastric cancer screening, and the acceptance of the population is relatively low. Colorectoscopy is considered the most effective test for colorectal cancer screening. Colonoscopic screening is an effective way to circumvent bowel cancer. In addition, the detection of methylated DNA markers related to colorectal cancer can also help to achieve early diagnosis and early treatment and tumor recurrence monitoring. In terms of early screening of esophageal cancer, there are mainly endoscopic examinations and biopsies, exfoliation cytology, tissue markers and serum tumor-related autoantibody detection.

She also said that the early diagnosis rate of digestive tract tumors in China is still relatively low, mainly because the occurrence of digestive tract tumors is closely related to living habits and eating habits, and people's awareness of early diagnosis and early treatment is not high. Therefore, regular examination, regular diet and effective scientific publicity are particularly necessary to improve the awareness of early diagnosis and early screening of tumors.

Shen Lin said in reviewing the development of the field of gastrointestinal tumors in the past year that China has experienced more exploration in immunotherapy, but after breaking through the bottleneck of development, it has broken through and achieved a series of dazzling domestic and foreign achievements. The cornerstone of clinical research supporting medical experts is the development of original drugs in China. Shen Lin introduced that in drug innovation, the discovery of targets is a key link, which requires close cooperation between clinicians and scientists. At the same time, seeking more technological innovation, reducing drug costs, and benefiting more Chinese patients also requires more efforts by drug developers.
