In March 2020, after the contract between Langgaxian and TianquanXing Company expired, Langgaxian and You Shu left the company together. Since then, the two reached a consensus that the two sides jointly established a cooperative company, cost sharing, profit sharing, Lang Stomach Xian also stressed that "there is no labor relationship between the two sides, let alone superior and subordinate relationship", he is the major shareholder of the cooperative company, and You Shu is a minority shareholder. In October 2020, Tianquan Star Company filed a lawsuit against the two, demanding huge compensation and account changes.
