As early as the 1990s, a group of female referees appeared in the domestic billiards tournaments that Xingpai participated in, and their professional responsibilities made a contribution to the early development of Chinese billiards.
In the new century, Xingpai has devoted itself to the successful holding of women's events such as the Women's 9-Ball World Championship, and at the same time, it has focused on opening the door to female players in the Chinese Billiards World Championships and the Chinese Billiards Ranking Tournament. These initiatives not only give female players more opportunities to compete for high prize money and high honors, but also encourage more women to participate in billiards.

"In 2011, by chance, I heard that the Liaoning Billiards Association held a referee training class, and I thought to myself, taking a certificate for my favorite billiards sport is also a result for myself. Not long after I was admitted, I began to cut small competitions. I improved quickly, participating in the Women's 9-Goal World Championship in 2012 and directing international competitions for the first time. Later, he soon began to work as the chief referee. Over the years, I have participated in many star-brand competitions, including the Snooker World Open, the Chinese Billiards World Championships, and the Domestic Chinese Billiards Ranking Tournament, and has refereed the finals of some Chinese competitions. ”
