Hello everyone! We are fourth grade and fifth class students, and the title of our speech today is "Cherish eyes and look forward to the future".
As the saying goes: "The eyes are the windows of the soul". Not at all, with a pair of bright eyes, you can enjoy all the beautiful things in the world, you can see many, many beautiful things.
Nowadays, there are many underage students in society whose eyesight has declined, and they have to wear glasses, which are neither beautiful nor convenient, and bad eyes are also a manifestation of a disease. Therefore, we should strengthen protective measures to protect our eyes.
I know that now we study hard, exams are non-stop, and the brains that work all day often don't fall asleep until late at night. However, we should also protect our eyes, take care of our eyes, and have time to look out the window at the big trees and grass.
I know some people will say that it's just a big deal to wear a pair of glasses. But have you ever thought about the trouble that comes with wearing glasses? When you don't wear glasses and people come to greet you from a short distance, can you tell?
When you walk in the dark without glasses, I'm afraid you'll fall. In addition, the glasses will be dizzy for a long time, the eyes will be swollen, and it is easy to break, and it is still difficult to see clearly after wearing them in foggy weather.
So we have to take care of ourselves and protect our eyes. The world should be high and cloudy in the eyes of young people, and it should be full of light.
Take good care of your eyes and we can do:
1. Look more at the green, such as grass and trees.
2. Do eye exercises on time and carefully every day.
3. Try to play as little as possible, or don't play computer games.
4. When reading, do not lower your head too low, and remember the "three ones" when writing and reading.
5. In addition to sleeping, take a little time every day to close your eyes, your eyes need to rest.
6. Do not be partial to food, eat more dairy products, fish eggs, meat, eat less candy and high-sugar foods, reasonably arrange their diet structure, and obtain sufficient nutrition from the diet. Eat more vegetables, especially carrots and other foods that contain multiple vitamins.
It is not difficult to do the above points, students, teachers, parents, the eyes are an important organ of our body, the world of bad eyes is dark for us, and it will also bring great inconvenience to our lives, so let's protect our eyes together.
As long as the students consciously implement, I believe that the students will have a pair of clear and bright eyes, there will be a broader and clearer sky, let us work together for a better tomorrow!
