In the 1980s, every year in the early autumn, I always had to take out the three drawers of the little book (dialect: picture book) to dry, so that the little man book could feel the dry and hot breeze, so as not to let the little man book in the drawer be damp by the spring air, make it moldy or decayed by insect invasion.
The villain book is a comic book, and when I was a child, I called it a picture book. For me, who was born in the early 1970s and grew up in the 1980s, I grew up with the companionship of the Book of Villains, which carries the good memories of my childhood. Although forty years have passed, I still think of the villain book from time to time in my heart, which brought infinite joy to my childhood.
I remember that it was a summer noon in 1977, my father left school to push the big golden deer bicycle into the house, I saw him park the car, take off the handbag from the left handlebar, smile and smile into the house and say: "Bought you a picture book, take a good look at it"! As he spoke, he pulled out a colored picture book from his bag. The first time I saw it, I was very excited, although I was not in the first grade, but I already knew a lot of words. Take a look at it, the skin is printed with three words "Chicken Feather Letter", a boy of about ten years old, holding a red gun in his hand, two goats behind him, standing majestically on the rock, looking forward intently at something...
With the first villain book, it became my capital to show off to the little ones. The fourth brother read it, and the little second uncle watched it.... Subsequently, their parents also bought villain books for them, and we took turns reading them. Although the words are not recognized, looking at the delicate illustrations, we will follow our respective understandings, imagine and explain each page with extraordinary play, with different opinions, and sometimes the face of argument is red...
In my childhood, the living conditions were still relatively difficult. At that time, parents and elders rarely took some pocket money to their children and juniors, and occasionally got a few points or a dime, that is, every New Year's visit, the money given by relatives was also very rare to buy small food to eat, we were reluctant to spend randomly, but accumulated, almost all spent on buying villain books, since then, I and Fa Xiao have liked villain books. Sometimes, I make up my way to walk to a cattle shop or a Xinhua bookstore in Yaozhai three or four kilometers away to personally buy my beloved villain books. Occasionally, he would have the luxury of buying a popsicle with the coins left over from the villain's books, and treat himself with sweat and dust.
The price of villain books is in a few points, one corner or more than one corner, rarely more than two corners, more than two corners are mostly movies or TV series versions. At that time, I was able to buy a new villain book, and I was in a particularly happy mood, always after reading it myself, and then changing with the hair children, enjoying each other, in order to get some knowledge from it and add more fun. At that time, there was a shortage of materials and too few children's books, so the villain book became a good memory of my childhood.
I remember that during the summer vacation of 1980, I was in the third grade, and the little man book saved three drawers. My cousin and brother and I discussed going to the front gate to set up a stall, and reading a book on the spot to collect a penny. He smashed 2 nails on the wall of the Iron Head Uncle's South Courtyard, pulled a rope about two meters long with twine, hung the villain book on the rope, and hung the rest in a cardboard box waiting to open. There were quite a few people who came to see it, some of them sat on the wall of the pigsty next to the villain's book stall and read it, and some of them took the newspaper I gave and laid it on the ground and sat down to read it. It is not only children but also adults who read villain books.
At that time, the children's favorite villain books were "Xiaoshanghe", "Huo Yuanjia", "Chicken Feather Letter", "Shining Red Star", "Yue Yun Hammer Shock Golden List", "Three Tones Basho Fan" and so on. Adults' favorite books to read are the villain books adapted from the "Second Handshake" novel that swept the country at that time, as well as "Walter Defends Sarajevo", "Sanmao Wanderer", "Grass Boat Borrowing Arrows" and so on.
It was almost noon when I went home for dinner, and I counted the money I had earned, a total of two dimes and six cents, and I was very happy.
Collect the stalls while counting the picture books, oops! Where is the TV series version of "Huo Yuanjia" that everyone loves to watch? I looked for it again, still no, and I was anxious like an ant on a hot pot.
The cousin said: "Just now, was It Liu Haiyang (the name of the neighboring village) who vigorously stole it"? I suddenly woke up and said, "Eighty percent of him, the last one he reads is that book, while he is not far away, we will pick him up, and my brother will look at the stall first!"
My cousin and I chased to the reed pit in the east of the village before we saw the figure of Dali, and as he walked, he looked down at what was in his hand. My cousin and I didn't call him, for fear that he would find out about us, and as soon as he ran, we would definitely not be able to catch up, because he was two years older than the two of us.
The two of us quietly ran from the ground and wrapped him up. He was so intent on reading the villain book in his hand that he didn't notice that someone was chasing him. "What picture book are you reading?" I asked out loud. A sudden drink startled him. My eyes are sharp and familiar, that is, the lost copy of "Huo Yuanjia" is not wrong. The vigorous argument said, "This is my own...". Needless to say, I snatched it up and teamed up with my cousin to teach him a good lesson.
After so many years, the little people's book stall that once set up in this village is one of the best memories of childhood. Today, as I grow older, I miss my childhood more and more, not only the innocence of that time, but also my father, who often took money to buy me villain books and left me for more than four years forever.
Villain books are my childhood companions and treasures, those full of infinite fun of the villain books, not only accompanied me through a happy childhood, but also let me draw a lot of nutrition from it, so that when I grew up, the positive energy in the villain book still deeply affected me. Nowadays, not a single volume of the three drawers of the little man book of childhood has been preserved, leaving me with only infinite memories...
