On the afternoon of October 9, Deputy Director Chen Yongqing presided over the special meeting on safety production in the third quarter of 2021 in the conference room 2218 of the department, which was attended by members of the leading group of the department safety committee, heads of engineering departments and management personnel of all parties on the spot.
The meeting focused on watching the documentary film of production safety accidents and safety precautions in the third quarter and conveyed in writing the recent national, provincial and municipal meetings, the spirit of documents and the requirements of our office on safe production work; the Basic Section and the Public Welfare Section respectively summarized and arranged the work they undertook, and the participating units made exchange speeches on behalf of Anhui Lugang and Seventeen Ye Group on the third phase of Jiuhua East Road and the sports school they undertook.
Deputy director Wang Benxiang pointed out that the old road transformation, urban tunnel engineering and other infrastructure projects have the characteristics of complex underground pipelines, many risk points, frequent flow of personnel, although the current safety production situation is stable, but the string of safe production can not have the slightest slackening, for infrastructure projects, the next step is to continue to strengthen the normalization of epidemic prevention and control management, special time node material reserve work and emergency duty work during the "two festivals" and "two sessions" and the risk identification and control of projects under construction.
Deputy Director Chen Yongqing of the Representative Office Safety Committee gave a briefing on the safety production situation and the development of work in the third quarter and pointed out that since the beginning of this year, the safety production situation in our department has been sustained and stable and controllable, and it is inseparable from the joint efforts of all departments and participating units. However, the achievements only represent the past, and in the next stage, we must continue to do a good job in safe production from the following four aspects. The first is to continue to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control management; the second is to do a solid job in accident prevention in autumn and winter; the third is to continuously improve the level of safety publicity and education; and the fourth is to conscientiously do a good job in on-site safety and civilized management.
Finally, Deputy Director Chen Yongqing stressed that safe production is the lifeline of enterprise development, safety is the greatest benefit of enterprises, and all participating units should always put safety first, resolutely adhere to the bottom line of the red line of safe production, effectively assume the main responsibility and social responsibility of enterprises, always adhere to the people-centered development thinking, always tighten the string of safe production, keep an eye on every link, strictly implement preventive measures, effectively protect the safety of people's lives and property, and provide a solid guarantee for the city's "project year".
