At last year's TGA Awards, Quantic Dream, developer of Rainstorm, Detroit: The Man who changed people, unveiled their ambitious new star wars: Eclipse. Through a gorgeous and full of Star Wars features of the CG promo, it instantly attracted the attention of a large number of players. However, according to the latest reports, players hoping to play the game as soon as possible should lower their expectations, because according to the well-known uncle Party Tom Henderson, the game will not be released until 2027 or even 2028.
So why did the game go public so early? Henderson believes that part of the reason is that QD recruited new developers to join their team, after the studio was sued in court for "toxic company culture", although QD ultimately won. Also in the same dilemma as QD is Blizzard.

Henderson broke the news that QD was originally scheduled to release Star Wars: Eclipse in 2026, but due to the shortage of talent, this means that the release window is now likely to be 2027 or 2028.
