However, the truth of this video is diametrically opposed to what is reported by the Western media.
The father in the video is not going to fight the Russian army at all. He was actually a pro-Russian from eastern Ukraine, preparing to send his daughter to Russia and then fight with the Ukrainian army that "invaded" his homeland.
The video first appeared on Russian social networking sites on February 21, 2022, before Russia used force against Ukraine.
As shown in the image below, this video was released by the mayor of the city of Gorlovka in the Donetsk region of eastern Ukraine at 2:24 p.m. on February 21. Judging from the text introduction he enclosed, the father in the video, who is tearfully saying goodbye to his daughter, is preparing to evacuate her daughter to a safe area in Russia, and then leave himself desperate with the "invaders" of Ukraine.

However, because the content is very inconsistent with the "geopolitical correctness" of the West, even if someone put the video on the mainstream Social Platform "Twitter" in the West on the 21st, the video did not attract much attention.
