Previously, the British media once reported that UEFA was considering moving the Champions League final to London, but then this decision was denied. One of the reasons why UEFA chose Paris is that France has not hosted a Champions League final since 2006, while France is currently the rotating country in the European Parliament. On Thursday, UEFA President Ceferin traveled to Paris to meet with French Prime Minister Emmanuel Macron to reach an agreement.
