This season's Champions League final was originally scheduled to be held in St. Petersburg, Russia, on 29 May this year, but in view of the current situation, UEFA officially announced that the venue for the final was changed to the Stade de France in Paris.

The Stade de France was the venue for the 1998 Fifa World Cup final, the Champions League '06 final and the Euro 16 final, which will be the first time France has hosted the Champions League final since 2006.
