The police officers involved were sentenced
On October 30, 2003, Wang Xin and Huang Xiaobing, the main responsible persons who led to Xiao Siyi's tragic death, were prosecuted.
In the incident of Xiao Siyi's starvation, a total of 10 police officers were involved, and after the crime, they were all punished to varying degrees.
But Huang Xiaobing and Wang Xin are the most directly responsible, and their crimes must be judged by the law.
