According to the Jiangxi Ganzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau, on January 9, at the Pingshan Police Station of the Shicheng County Public Security Bureau in Ganzhou, Chen Jianxin, who is over the age of Huajia, met his daughter Chen Anxiu, who had been abducted for 24 years.
According to the police, in August last year, when the police were carrying out a visit, they received news that a woman posted a video in a WeChat group looking for relatives, saying that she had been abducted and trafficked to Guangdong more than 20 years ago, and that her parents were from Pingshan. Upon receiving this news, the police immediately joined the family search group and got in touch with the woman.
Chen Anxiu told the Beiqing News reporter that in her impression, she was abducted at the age of 10, her hometown is located in the mountains, and she vaguely remembers the pronunciation of her parents' names, but does not remember the specific words. In addition, she remembered that there was a fish pond in front of her home, and it took more than 20 minutes to walk from her home to the street, and the name of the place near her hometown still had the word "Ping Shan". She reported them to the police.
Ganzhou does have a Pingshan town, and according to the clues provided by Chen Anxiu, the police at the police station quickly began to investigate the villages about 20 minutes away from the place, but they did not find a place that matched Chen Anxiu's description.
For a while, the police's investigation was in trouble, "Is it possible that the pond has been filled, after all, this is more than 20 years ago." "Suddenly, someone put forward an idea, and the Ping Shan police station immediately sent police to various villages to learn about the situation from the elderly in the villages. Finally, an eligible person was found in Xinfu Village, Pingshan Township, where an elderly man named Chen Jianxin (pseudonym) had his two daughters abducted in 1999 and whose whereabouts are still unknown. "There is hope, maybe he is Chen Anxiu's biological father." The police were overjoyed and hurriedly found Chen Jianxin and showed him the video of his family search.
The police said that Chen Jianxin's hand holding the mobile phone could not help trembling at that time, and he recognized at a glance that the woman looking for relatives in the video was his eldest daughter who was abducted more than 20 years ago, but in the face of his daughter who disappeared for more than 20 years and suddenly had news, Chen Jianxin couldn't believe it for a while. In order to further confirm, the police asked Chen Jianxin to verify whether his wife was Chen Anxiu's biological mother Lai, Chen Jianxin said that Lai was indeed his wife, but divorced him many years ago and remarried to Ninghua County, Fujian Province, the police immediately contacted the Ninghua County Public Security Bureau and confirmed that there was indeed a local Lai who married from Shicheng.
The Ganzhou police said that in fact, Chen Anxiu has not stopped trying to find his parents since he became an adult, and he has been to many provinces and cities for more than a decade but has returned with disappointment. Chen Anxiu recalled to the Beiqing News reporter that she once went out to work to make a living after being abducted, and life was not easy, until she later met her current husband. Chen's husband recalled that it was not until two years after the two lived together that Chen Anxiu told her about her experience of being trafficked and expressed his hope to find her biological parents.
Chen Anxiu said that at that time, her husband said that no matter how long it took or how difficult it was, he would help her find a home. Since then, the husband has contacted the relatives search volunteers in many ways and looked for relevant clues until he contacted the family search group found by the Ganzhou police.
The Ganzhou police said that by comparing the information of Chen Jianxin and Chen Anxiu, the police finally confirmed that Chen Jianxin was Chen Anxiu's biological father.
Chen Anxiu recalled that when she learned that her biological father had been found, she felt extremely excited, "I first met my brother in Dongguan, and I recognized him as soon as I saw him, and I felt that he was still the same as when he was a child." On January 9 this year, Chen Anxiu and her husband went to the Pingshan Police Station of the Shicheng County Public Security Bureau in Ganzhou to meet their father, who had been separated for 24 years.
According to the Ganzhou police, on January 8, accompanied by volunteers from the Dongguan "Let Love Go Home" public welfare service center, Chen Anxiu embarked on a journey home. When Chen Anxiu arrived in Pingshan Town on January 9, his father Chen Jianxin had been waiting at the Pingshan Police Station for a long time, and when he saw his now grown daughter standing in front of him, he couldn't help but cry with joy, "It's Xiuxiu, it's really my Xiuxiu, I can see this eye and mouth." Chen Anxiu said that now his father has moved out of the old house he remembered and lived in his brother's house in the town.
