Hu Luo, a native of Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, was born in April 1943. Retired former director of the Propaganda Department of the Trade Union of Zhongzhou Aluminum Factory of China Aluminum Corporation (deputy department level cadre), member of the Communist Party of China, and second-level artist. He is a member of Henan Artists Association, a member of the 4th and 5th Henan Provincial Federation of Literature and Literature, a tutor of Zhengzhou Counseling Station of China Calligraphy and Painting Correspondence College, a member of Jiaozuo Literature and Art Federation, and the secretary general of Zhongzhou Enterprise Literary Association. Self-taught calligraphy and painting art, good at Chinese painting flowers and gouache painting works. He has dedicated 50 years on the stage of corporate culture and staff art activities. It has made great contributions to the prosperity of corporate culture and the cultural activities of the workers' and leisure industry. His works have been selected for many national, provincial and municipal art exhibitions, national film propaganda poster exhibitions, and popular science art exhibitions. He has won the bronze medal award of the first national staff calligraphy and painting competition, and the Chinese painting "Victory Like Spring Light" has won the first prize of the national top ten aluminum factory calligraphy and painting photography exhibition and has been included in the "China-Japan Modern Art General Guide". Some of his works have been selected for the "Artist's Book".
