In terms of technical details, the new Ryzen™ 7 5800X3D stacks 64MB V-Cache on top of the original 32MB L3 cache, plus 4MB L2 cache, for a total of up to 100MB, while in order to maintain the thermal design power consumption of 105W, the frequency is reduced from 3.8-4.7GHz to 3.4-4.5GHz.
