On February 16, 600 migrant workers from various townships (streets) in Qixingguan District arrived at Bijie East Railway Station one after another and took a direct bus to Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong and other places to return to work.

On the morning of the same day, under the guidance of the on-site staff, the migrant workers wore masks in an orderly manner, showed the health code and itinerary code, passed the security check, and queued up to enter the waiting hall to wait for the bus. The 8 special cars organized by the District Transportation Bureau completed the routine inspection and waited for the passengers to board the car, and the scene was orderly.
"My wife and I have been working in other places for 20 years, every year when we go home for the New Year, we take our family to Fujian, thank you very much for the care of the party and the government, explain the employment and entrepreneurship support policies for us on the spot, and give us a love package before getting on the bus, which contains disposable masks, mineral water, instant noodles, and employment travel guide publicity materials, etc., which makes us feel very warm." It is understood that in order to ensure the safe and orderly return of migrant workers to work and work, the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the District Transportation Bureau and other departments have rationally arranged the transportation plan and adopted a "point-to-point" one-stop direct transportation mode to realize the migrant workers' "going out of the house, getting on the car door, and entering the factory door".

Wang Yuying, director of the Employment Service Center of the Qixingguan District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, introduced that in order to promote fuller and higher-quality employment for various groups, Qixingguan District carried out dynamic monitoring of the returnee's work site and willingness to go out to work before the Spring Festival, and established an information ledger to achieve "monitoring one person, serving one person" and achieving accurate service.
