Chapter IV: Police Appearance and Discipline
The first section of the dress code
Article 41: In environments such as smog, toxicity, dust, radiation, infection, noise, glare, high temperature, low temperature, sand and dust, or as required for work, public security police shall wear protective equipment such as gloves, masks, face shields, protective clothing, and goggles.
Article 42: Public security police shall love and properly preserve police uniforms and signs such as police ranks, police numbers, badges, hat emblems, and collar flowers, and must not give or lend them to personnel with non-people's police status.
Article 43: The timing and requirements for seasonal dress-ups of public security police are to be reasonably determined by the public security organs at the districted city level or above as needed.
Article 44: Due to the needs of work, when retired (or departed) public security police to participate in major commemorations, celebrations, and other such activities, they may wear the standard clothing at the time of retirement (departure), and wear the medals, medals, and other badges won during work and after retiring (leaving) leave.

Article 45: Where police uniforms and police symbols are used for the purpose of filming or producing film and television works or performances, the approval procedures shall be performed in accordance with provisions and strictly kept.
The approving organ shall, in accordance with this article, guide film and television production and theatrical performance units to strictly comply with the dress code of the public security organs, and must not harm the image of the public security organs and public security police. It shall not be used when not filming or performing.
