He Xiaojun, male, Han ethnicity, born in July 1972, on-the-job graduate student, doctor of economics, member of the Communist Party of China, is currently deputy secretary of the Chaozhou Municipal Party Committee, mayor, and plans to serve as the secretary of the prefecture-level municipal party committee.
Cao Dahua, male, Han ethnicity, born in May 1974, on-the-job graduate student, doctor of management, member of the Communist Party of China, currently deputy secretary general of the provincial government (at the level of the main office), proposed to be deputy secretary of the prefectural-level municipal party committee, nominated as a candidate for mayor.
He Guangyan, male, Han ethnicity, born in June 1973, on-the-job graduate student, doctor of economics, member of the Communist Party of China, is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the Huizhou Municipal Party Committee, vice mayor, and intends to serve as deputy secretary of the prefecture-level municipal party committee, nominated as a candidate for mayor.
