Cao Dahua, male, born in May 1974, Han ethnicity, Guangdong Xinxing, on-the-job graduate degree, began working in July 1995, joined the Communist Party of China in September 1997.

In December 2001, he was appointed as the director and deputy general manager of Guangdong Xinguang International Group (Macau) Co., Ltd

In July 2016, he was appointed as a member of the Party Group of the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province and the full-time director of the Guangdong Free Trade Office
In October 2018, he served as a member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Guangdong Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and an executive deputy director of the Provincial Greater Bay Area Office (at the level of the main department)
Since December 2020, he has been the Deputy Secretary-General of the Guangdong Provincial Government (retaining the level of the main office)
